As the largest and most authoritative Chinese food ingredients exhibiton, FIC consists of 23 category food additives, 35 categories of food ingredients, 14 types of food processing and etc. The exhibition with a total area of 150,000 square meters was attended by 1,519 exhibitors, the audience exceeded 150,000 people.
